The purpose of the Pearson Test of English exam (PTE coaching) is to accurately assess the listening, reading, speaking and writing ability of test-takers who wants to study at institutions where English is the principal language of instruction..

Test development professionals involved in producing the test are based in several countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Assessment Sections

This test consists of three main parts. You will receive a general introduction to the test and specific instructions about what to expect in each part of the test. Each part may contain a number of sections. Each section is individually timed. The test items are task-based, representing the range of functions and situations that you will encounter during academic studies in an English-speaking environment. PTE coaching or PTE Academic features 20 different item types, each assessing one language skill or a combination of language skills.

Who This Course is for

Every international student who wishes to study or settle down in Australia is required to give PTE-A Exam to prove his/her ability to understand the English language in all the forms (listening, reading, writing and speaking). Earlier, IELTS was the only option available for the candidates to assess their English language level competency. But, in the last few years, DIBP (Department of Immigration and Border Protection) has started giving acceptance to PTE coaching as well. Thereby, this English language test is gaining much popularity among international students.
